General

Q. Why does my browser is blocking the access to the LoadXchange Web site?
A. For better interactivity with the LoadXchange services Web site we sometimes use Window Dialogs that are the same format as Pop Up Ad. Solutions: instruct your Ad Blocker to let the LoadXchange.com domain use Pop Up Ad.
You'll never receive an Ad from us in this manner.
Q. How do I get rid of the scroll bar when I browse the LoadXchange services Web site?
A. The LoadXchange services Web site has been designed with the 1024 x 768 screen resolution in mind. We assumed the use of the following address, status and small icon toolbars. Either you restrict yourself to the use of these toolbars or you use the full screen option of your browser. That should controll the presence of the unwanted scroll bar.

Login & Membership

Q. Where can I find the information on my active subscription plan?
A. After you log in, go to the "My profile" tab and click on the "Subscription Information" button at the bottom of the page, this will lead you to the subscription information. You will find the renewal date where the next fee will be charged according to the characteristics of the subscription Plan you chose when registering.
Q. What happens if my credit card information is no longer valid for any reason?
A. When you register, you provide our payment broker with a valid credit card to activate your selected subscription plan. We automatically renew the transaction according your selected plan (monthly, quarterly etc). If we can't renew your subscription with your current billing information, we block your access to the LoadXchange services and, on your next visit, when you log in, you will be invited to revalidate a credit card payment to reactivate your account. We are confident that this system covers most of the events that involve the use of a credit card as a payment mode .

Find & Post Loads

Q. How much time do I have to repost my "Find Loads" or my "Post Loads" before they are erased?
A. The LoadXchange services housekeeping task will erase any "Find Loads" or "Post Loads" that are more then 4 days past the transportation date. So you have a 4 day period to repost your "Find Loads" and or "post Loads" to a present or future date.  This 4 day grace period should cover most of the statutory holidays.
Q. Why can't I access the "Find Loads" or "Post Loads" feature of the Loadchange services Web site?
A. Only members of the Brokers type have access to both features; Carriers can only "Find Loads", and Shippers can only "Post Loads". Be sure to select the appropriate subscription plan when you register. You can upgrade your subscription plan at all times by contacting our customer service.
Q. I want to delete or repost more than one record in the Current Posting list or in the Posted Loads list. How do I proceed?
A. You could easily select a continuous range of records by clicking on the first row to highlight it and then press SHIFT key and click on the last row of the selection you want. This will highlight all the records between the first and the last row in a single operation. Depending on the speed of your computer and the amount of rows selected, this operation could take a few seconds. If you want to select discontinuous record, you have to click on the first row you want and then press the CTRL key and click on all the other rows, one at a time. If you make a mistake and want to unselect a row, just click again while pressing CTRL. Once your selection is made, just click on the Delete button or on the Repost calendar to apply those actions to the selected records.
Q. How do I edit a Posted Load?
A. LoadXchange does not allow you to edit directly posted loads. The reason is that once your load is posted, bidders could immediately access it and begin to quote on it. The only thing you may change on a load is its description and its reference. If you really need to change something else, here is how to proceed. From your Posted Loads list, select the load you want to change. Then, click on Copy button. This will bring you an exact copy of the original load. From this copy, you could edit all the information you want. After you save this new load, just delete the original. You should know that you will also delete all the attached bids on that load.

Demo

Q. Why can't I retrieve my "Find Loads" when I enter the Demo of the LoadXchange services Web site?
A. The Demo mode is for evaluation purposes only. No real transportation is available from that access and data is erased after each visit to the Demo mode.
Q. Why, after I log in, can't I use the same features I tested in the Demo mode?
A. The Demo mode gives you the context of a Broker who has access to all the features of the LoadXchange services Web site. If you selected a different subscription plan from the one offered to Brokers when you registered you may not have access to the same set of features as in the Demo mode.
